Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscription Agreement

By purchasing a Curated Nights subscription, you agree to enroll in a recurring monthly subscription.

You authorize Curated Nights to automatically charge your payment method for future orders unless you cancel in accordance with this policy.

Billing & Renewals

• Your first payment is charged at checkout
• Subscriptions automatically renew and are billed on the 10th of each month

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.

To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 72 hours prior to the 10th of the month.

• If you cancel after this cutoff, your subscription will remain active for the upcoming billing cycle and will cancel the following month

Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Orders are processed shortly after billing
• Once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment:
  • It cannot be canceled
  • It cannot be modified

Subscription Management

You may manage your subscription at any time through your account, including:

• Skipping a delivery
• Updating your shipping address
• Updating your payment method
• Canceling your subscription

All changes must be made before the 72-hour cutoff window to apply to the next order.

Refunds

• All subscription sales are final
• Once an order has been processed, it is non-refundable
• Failure to cancel before the billing date does not qualify for a refund
