Curated Nights Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a Curated Nights subscription, you are enrolling in a recurring monthly subscription service. Each month, you will receive a curated date night box based on your selected plan.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that this is a recurring subscription and that your payment method will be automatically charged unless you cancel in accordance with this policy.

Billing & Renewals

  • Your first payment is charged at the time of purchase
  • All subscriptions automatically renew on the 10th of each month
  • Your payment method on file will be charged on this date unless canceled in advance

Shipping Schedule

  • TheFounders Boxwill ship on or around May 10th, 2026
  • All future subscription boxes will ship on or around the 15th of each month

Shipping dates are approximate and may vary slightly based on fulfillment timing and carrier delays.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.

To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the 10th of the month.

  • If cancellation occurs after this cutoff, your subscription will remain active for the upcoming billing cycle and will cancel the following month
  • Failure to cancel before the billing date does not qualify for a refund

Order Processing

Orders are considered processed once they have been prepared for fulfillment or assigned for shipment.

Once an order has been processed:

  • It cannot be canceled
  • It cannot be modified
  • It is not eligible for a refund

Refund Policy

Due to the curated and prepared nature of our products:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not offer refunds for:
    • Subscription renewals
    • Processed orders
    • Customer dissatisfaction or personal preference

Skipping or Delaying Orders

You may skip or delay upcoming deliveries at any time through your account dashboard, provided changes are made before the 72-hour cancellation cutoff window.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement for the damaged or missing items only.

We do not offer refunds for damaged items.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • Curated Nights is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Curated Nights is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
