Curated Nights Shipping Policy

Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after:
- Your order is placed, or
- Your subscription is billed
Subscription orders are billed on the 10th of each month and enter processing shortly after.
Once an order has been processed for fulfillment, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Schedule
- TheFounders Box will ship on or around May 10th, 2026
- All ongoing subscription boxes will ship on or around the 15th of each month
Shipping dates are estimates and may vary slightly based on fulfillment timing and operational volume.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location and order details.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure successful delivery.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
- Curated Nights is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Address changes must be requested before the order is processed
- We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Curated Nights is not responsible for:
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Carrier delays or service disruptions outside of our control
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We are happy to assist where possible, but we do not guarantee replacements or refunds for these situations.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of deliveryat:
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged items and packaging
If approved, we will provide a replacement for the damaged items only. Refunds are not provided for damaged shipments.
